Wedding post #10 - Drinking Paper straws flags

Happy saturday!!!

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.... Now that summer is around the corner it;s time to plan fun events under the sun.  Can't wait  to enjoy the pool and beach.   I been working on these paper straws flags and we are almost done. This is only 40 of them we are still not finished but I thought it would be another cool thing to share.  

I purchase this template from this wonderful lady Daintzy you can visit her etsy shop here.  It was just a lot easier to create, print and cut. 

Our wedding theme is vintage and we incorporated the brown gold wording to the flags.  Each wording represents each table.   So we incorporated the table names to our straw flags.

Happy friday everyone! 

It's been one week since my last post all I can say is I been super busy for a good cause.   I'm officially 3 months away for our BIG DAY!!!  Time is ticking and I been working on the wedding details.     Here is a project I would like to share with you.  This is part of my MH/BMa gifts.  I made each bridesmaids their own Initial tag to add to their gift (still to come).

Happy Mail!!

Hi everyone happy tuesday!

I finally took some time today to drive to the post office and to my surprise I had happy mail waiting for me.  Last week was my bridal shower and my dear friends Tatiana, Carri and Nitasha were a part of my party although we all live far apart. First I want to thank Tatiana for sending me this HUGE package of goodies.  

I was super excited that she sent me these adorable dessert cups which I used for the dessert table.  

She just made my day extra special!! :0) 

Second I want to thank Carri for this wonderful card.  

Danny and I loved all the details and the great sentiment. 

Third I want to thank Nitasha for sending over this such wonderful surprise. This is my first Smash book. I been waiting to purchase one for a WHILE and long while but I was not sure what I was going to put in it, since I love to make layouts... but this one I know exactly what to fill up with.  Thank you so much Nitasha for your generous attention. Danny and I will have many reasons to fill in all our memories. 

Fourth and last want to thank my BFF of 18 years for mailing my first 2012 Mother's day card!! She is always ahead and on time. 

So thank you girls for being so kind and sending me all this gift they will be memories to cherish forever.

Wedding post # 8 - Wedding Invitations

Hi Everyone!! I can't believe its the 8th of May and I only made one post since last week.  It;s been super busy here from wedding planning, sick son and running around doing and catching up on other things I was finally able to spare a few minutes to post a word or two or three :0) So my fiance and I have been looking around searching to find our perfect Wedding invitations off course it had to be a DIY and Vintage theme and so with a great purchase from target some paper, printer a awesome template from this website and a little of time... we finally finished our invitations today!!! I think we are super early but I like to be ahead specially when we celebrating our BIG DAY!!! I haven't really posted anything recently because I want to surprise my guests but this they will be getting it soon.

Bridal Shower - Pink&Brown

Hi everyone!!

I wanted to share some pictures of my bridal shower with you guys.  I have a lot to Thank my two BFF. They did an amazing job organizing and putting it all together.  So thank you GIRLS..... 

As you may know that I love pink and brown polka dots and since my wedding will NOT have pink or brown or polka dots I asked to have this as my theme. I hope that you will enjoy my pictures and perhaps give you some ideas and inspiration for your next party. 

 The bridal shower took place at my house, so I had to leave the house early morning. So I spent my morning at Michael's picking up more things for the Wedding. :0) 

An this was the first thing I noticed when I came back.
